Patient Satisfaction Surveys

 

We strive to provide outstanding care and seek to continuously improve the services we provide to our patients. One of the ways in which we are able to continuously improve is to ask our patients “how are we doing?” By gathering feedback directly from you, we are able to learn from your experience and make the necessary changes for improvement.

 

We'd like to hear from you! Beginning in January '05, Timberlane Dental Group will begin surveying patients to learn about your patient experience.
