Our Policies

Appointments & Cancellations

Patients may call any one of our offices to schedule an appointment.  New patients are welcome and we truly appreciate referrals.  When we reserve an appointment time for you, we strive to value your time and attempt to be as prompt as possible.  In the event that an appointment must be cancelled, we request as much notice as possible (ideally 48 hours) so that we may offer the time to another patient.

We offer 24-hour emergency call service to patients of record.  During office hours, we make every attempt to see emergencies that day, but ask patients to be as flexible as possible as we work them into the schedule.

Payment and Insurance Information

We feel it is important to provide financial estimates for the cost of any proposed treatment. For those who have dental insurance, we do accept assignment of benefits for most plans.

Payment is expected at the time of treatment, including deductibles and co-payments.  We accept payments of cash, check, or credit card (Master Card, Visa, and Discover) as well as extended payment plan options through external sources.

Depending upon the recommended treatment, there can be a substantial investment for the proposed care, including orthodontics, and we are prepared to assist you in arranging for a payment option that suits your needs.
