was a dentist. He received his B.A. in Sociology from
Hobart College in Geneva, NY in 1989, graduated from
S.U.N.Y., Buffalo School of Dentistry in 1994, and
completed his general practice residency at Millard
Fillmore Hospital in 1995. He is a member of the American
Dental Association, Treasurer of the Vermont State Dental
Society, and also the Vermont Leadership Coordinator for
the International College of Dentists.

Dr. Chan is originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He
graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of
Science degree in 1990 and completed dental school there in
1992. He came to Vermont for his general practice residency
at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont from 1992 to1994
and decided to stay. He enjoys spending time with his
wife and four children as well as skiing, running, and
playing golf and hockey.

Dr. Connolly, a native of Burlington, was interested in
healthcare from an early age and saw dentistry as an
opportunity to be creative and work with many different
types of people. He received a B.A. in English from
Middlebury College in 2000 and graduated from the Baltimore
College of Dental Surgery in Baltimore, Maryland in 2005.
In 2006, he completed his general practice residency at
Fletcher Allen through the University of Vermont.

a patient’s smile in a way that creates a personal
difference. On his path to becoming a dentist he received
his B.A. in Biology and Psychology from Hofstra University
in Hempstead, NY and graduated from S.U.N.Y., School of
Dentistry in Buffalo, NY in 1982. He completed his
residency at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont in

Biology and Chemistry from Western Kentucky University in
1994, and went on to dental school at the University of
Kentucky in Lexington, graduating in 1998. He is a member

Dentistry, and the Vermont State Dental Society.
